All Instructors are on a National Register for SELF PROTECTION INSTRUCTORS.
All Insructors have had extended CRB checks.
John - Chief Instructor, has served in both the Army and Police.
Geoff - Instructor, former Royal Marines Police (27 yrs served), like John has 'close protection training'
Both John and Geoff have a wide range of skills and experience in this field.
Our courses are geared around people who have no previous expierience in Martial Arts or fitness training.
All courses have been 'vetted' by the Devon and Cornwall Police and they are happy with its content with regard to all aspects of, Awareness, self protection, defence, weapons including firearms, the law and 'Road rage'.
